A Loft-Studio showflat designed for Xin Cheng Real Estate. The layout is very simple: with kitchen, dining, and a double-height living space on the first floor; and a sleeping studio on the second floor. The design is minimalistic with a playful blue and white color mix. Furnishings are chic and modern. We have also incorporated some unique items such as old cameras, black and white photos, mountain bike… etc. to accentuate the character of the house owner.
