Ascendas Tower is an existing office tower located in the XuHui district. We took down the aged renovation, and gave each public space an entirely new ambiance. Bright and contemporary design language redefined the spatial image, and the combination of timber, marble, and metal surfaces created a much more sophisticated office environment. The material palette and curved lines are also associated with the connecting Ascendas Plaza to create better design coherency.
