  • Schematic DesignTransform concepts into detailed schematics. Using layout plans, color diagrams, furniture pictures, materials boards, and renderings to convey design intentions.
  • QuotationQuantifying the design. Providing comprehensive item list and quotation breakdown.
  • Execution DocumentationProducing documentations for execution. ED stage include layout plans, installation drawings, furniture drawings, schedules, specifications, item lists, and material samples.
  • Material ConfirmationProvide material samples according to the design documentations. Acquire client approval before execution.
  • Progress ReportCoordinate execution procedure with on-site contractor. Produce regular progress reports for the client.
  • Installation WorkCoordinate with contractor to install fixed furniture, lighting fixtures, drapery, wall paper, and special d¨¦cor.
  • Placement PreparationCoordinate execution schedule, transportation, and storage requirements with client prior to execution.
  • Placement & D¨¦corPerform on-site furnishing placement, installation, and d¨¦cor. Complete furnishing services within the agreed execution timeframe. Pay special attention to furnishing protection, garbage disposal, and work safety.
  • Protection WorkProvide protective means for work done to avoid contamination and possible damage.
  • Cleaning WorkThorough cleaning work and rubbish disposal upon project completion.
